We love Fountain Hills! We have top rated golf courses, the FH Botanical Garden, McDowell Mountain Recreational Park and spectacular mountain views. Twice a year we have great art fairs along the Avenue of the Fountains featuring artists from all over the country. Other activities held in Fountain Park include concerts, movies and Frisbee golf.

My ability to listen to people comes from my experience in a corporate environment. My department handled employee benefits (including insurances and 401K plans) and payroll for more than 30,000 employees. My husband, David, is retired; so, several years ago, I took an early retirement package and we moved back to Fountain Hills. My company has been actively marketing and selling property locally for over 30 years!

I have a strong work ethic which I learned at a tender age growing up on a farm in Northern California, where my family has grown grapes for more than 125 years – and always organic. No one works harder or is more loyal than a farmer.

Short Sales and Bank owned properties are the wave of the future and I have experience in both. I have negotiated with lenders who held both 1st and 2nd mortgages for successful closes.

As a survivor of breast cancer, I have learned the importance of remaining positive and always moving forward.

I love to play golf. I walk every day and enjoy reading in the pool during the summer. However, my passion is going to the grape harvest in October where I roll up my sleeves and get out in the vineyards with my family.
